Real Estate Negotiator
Responsibilities:
The candidates are required to procure property listings, prospect for clients and provide real estate advisory (training provided) to our clients. They are expected to be highly specialized in their respective category of real estate sales.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.

Preferred skill(s): Marketing & Sales
Required language(s): English
Preferred language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
