THE COMPANY
Asian Land Realty (ALR) started operations on 15th February 2000 extending estate agency services of lettings, sales of residential, commercial and industrial properties. The areas of concentration encompasses mostly the Klang Valley and selected area outstation.
OUR SERVICES
We offer the complete range of real estate services - selling and lease, marketing and management of individual corporate properties covering residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural. ALR also has agents who have years of experience in accommodating expatriates in the prime locations of Klang Valley
We provide orientation services for our corporate clients with expatriate staff in sourcing schools, maids, transport and other related services as well.
Our Support
ALR is headed by five principal holders with the full support of 60 senior and experienced negotiators and property executives. Their experience in real estate ranges from 2- 10 years in the negotiating of sales and rental of properties residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties.
ALR has a capable administrative team that supports the operations of agency.

ALR is associated with resourceful and reliable consultants in legal, engineering, banking and accounting sectors with proven track records. We also have strong association with other estate agency firms working with us on a co-agency basis.
